Fantasy Stampers Challenge - Anything With Wings
I missed the very first challenge from the New Fantasy Stampers blog and was determined to make it for this one - which is 'Anything With Wings'. I have used one of my many Elusive Images (now Chocolate Baroque) stamps. I used a very pale turquoise Spectrum Noir for the background and coloured the rest of the image in with a selection of oranges and greens.
I also coloured the flowers (from my stash) with the same colour pens. The bp is from a Graphicus Guild pack. I rarely use it as it's too strokable - but this piece had been cut into already so I didn't feel so guilty. I overstamped the paper with another butterfly from the same set and some Distress inks - Marigold and Wild Honey. Corner dies are La La Land, and the leaves from a Heartfelt Creations set.

CD Sunday - Here Kitty Kitty
Sunday morning again and time for a fresh challenge from the CD Sunday challenge team.
This week it is Sue B's choice and her theme for the week is Here Kitty Kitty.
For my card I have used my favourite stamp from a Joanna Sheen set and coloured it lightly with Crayola pencils. (I'm patiently waiting for Crafters Companion to get the new Spectrum Noir pencils in stock.) The backing paper is from a Docrafts Tatty Teddy CD (again) and the greeting is from a Penny Black clear set. The corners are the Memory Box Madeira corner die and the ribbon and flower are from my stash. I used a spacer as the centre of the flower. Bought these years ago and keep forgetting to use them.
Last weeks theme seemed quite popular and I think the theme this week will be a popular one too. Please remember if you join us to mention the CD that has been used in the making of your project.
Thank you for visiting today.

CD Sunday - Pretty in Pink
Good morning and Happy New Year to you all. There's a bit of a new thing going on with the CD Sunday team this year. We are welcoming a new member to the team - Wynn - and also splitting the team in two - half of us fielding the challenge each week. Please pop over to the main CD Sunday challenge blog where Jenny has explained it in full.
So onto the first challenge of 2014 which is Christine's choice - Pretty in Pink. For my card I have used a Sheena Douglass stamp, stamped on watercolour card and coloured with a mixture of watercolour and Inktense pencils. The backing paper is from a Docrafts Tatty Teddy CD and the ribbon is from my stash. I also did the greeting in Docrafts digital designer. A die cut (Cuttlebug)) corner to finish off and that's about it. I wish there were more occasions to use this gorgeous stamp - I'm just grateful my friend has a grand daughter who is one in just a few weeks. I remember it was snowing the day she was born - I wonder what it will be like on the day this year.
If you can join in this week please remember to give credit to the CD which has been used in the making of the project.
Thank you for visiting.
